1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Run Business Smartly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use the platform. These terms govern your use of the free online builder, SaaS dashboard, billing modules, and integrations.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access the core organization dashboard and manage team members or SMTP settings, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
  • Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to your billing portal.

3. User Conduct and Restrictions

You are solely responsible for all invoices, client data, and communications generated through your account. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using the platform for any illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent billing practices.
  • Impersonating another person or business entity, or fabricating fake transaction receipts.
  • Spamming SMTP integrations, bypass rate limits, or abusing the mail testing features.
  • Attempting to scrap, extract database schemas, or bypass route security middleware.

4. Billing, Fees, and Cancellations

Our Starter plan is free of charge. If you subscribe to any of our paid or upcoming premium features (like custom SMTP sending limit upgrades, team size expansion, or premium templates), you agree to pay all applicable monthly or annual fees. All subscription payments are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your settings panel.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUN BUSINESS SMARTLY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR GENERATED INVOICE DOCUMENTS.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, our system infrastructure, or third parties.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the parent entity of Run Business Smartly resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
